Return Policy
Our Return Policy is intended to provide fair and equitable service to all customers. It is important when ordering any product that it meets your needs and preferences. For large items such as sheds, it is imperative that the customer has considered all aspects of the product features, assembly, location, local legal considerations and so forth. As a practical matter, many of the items are large in size and weight and as such are not economically feasible to return to any reseller.
Items may be returned within 10 days of customer receipt for the original product price paid (excludes shipping costs) less a 20% re-stocking fee. Returned products must be in original condition (unassembled, if applicable) with all original packaging materials, manuals, and any other components provided by the manufacturer in place.
To return a product, Customers need to obtain a Return Authorization Code (RAC) prior to returning any item. Use the Contact US information to contact a Customer Care representative and request an RAC. Our representative will provide you with an RAC to be noted on your package(s) and any documentation you send. All returns must have a Return Authorization Code. Returns without a RAC will not be accepted. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Any original shipping charges are not refundable. No Cash on Delivery (COD) shipments will be accepted.
SHEDGEAR PROVIDES NO SEPARATE WARRANTY AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SHEDGEAR EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS REGARDING ANY PRODUCTS SOLD, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, AND INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, SUITABILITY OF PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS.
